Accounting and Financial Services Monthly Bookkeeping and Accounting.  We support QuickBooks and manual systems (for you die-hards), as well as various franchise and point of sale software.  You can do all of the data entry, some of it, or none of it. Full Payroll Service.  We provide a comprehensive payroll service to include check writing or direct deposit for employees and electronic payment of taxes and other withholdings.  We take full responsibility for all payroll tax reporting.  The only thing we don't do is sign your checks or take the money out of your account early (like some of the big payroll companies).  Accounts Payable/Bill Paying Service.  We can pay your bills for you by writing checks here in our office.  Or, we can set you up with our online provider so that all you have to do is login and check the bills you want to pay. Tax Planning and Preparation.  We provide ongoing tax planning and consulting for our monthly clients.  In the fall we meet with clients to review financial statements for accuracy and go through an extensive checklist to make sure we have considered all tax planning options. Fees Fees for our monthly clients are based on quantitative indicators, like the number of checks, deposits, credit card transactions, debit memos, employees, bank accounts, sales tax reporting requirements, etc.  We believe this is the fairest way we can do it.  Our minumum monthly payroll fee is $40 per month and our minimum bookeeping fee is $200 per month.  Feel free to call and discuss your situation.  Fees for our tax-only clients are based on form charges, for each form required in the tax return, provided that we receive accurate financials as input.  When the input we receive is not adequate, additional charges apply.  Corporate taxes range from $800 - $1500. Bookkeeping work is charged at $50 per hour for work done at our office.  CPA time is billed at $150 per hour.  Monthly clients are not charged an additional fee for CPA time unless it relates to something well outside the scope of the monthly financials or tax work. Phone calls and initial consultations are free!  There is absolutely no charge for phone calls for clients or potential clients.  Initial meetings to discuss your needs and our services are free too.
