The Harding Group provides financial and tax support to local small businesses in the areas of Accounting, Bookkeeping, Taxes and Payroll Support. We take the time to get to know you, your business, your issues and your goals. As a result, we are able to cater our efforts specifically to your needs. Our staff is committed to open communication with our clients at all times. Someone on our staff will answer the phone personally when you call – and make sure you talk to the right person you need to in order to get your questions answered. Unlike most accounting firms, we won’t charge you for email or phone questions. We want to work with you – so we encourage interaction. And we value integrity in all services we provide, which means we do what we say we’re going to do.

Nina Steinmetz came to The Harding Group in 2007 with four years of individual tax preparation experience as well as applied bookkeeping skills. She is responsible for payroll, accounts payable and bookkeeping for some of our largest and most challenging clients. In addition, Nina is our in-house QuickBooks specialist. She puts even the most number-averse clients at ease with QuickBooks through her training sessions and helpful telephone support. In addition, she trains and manages our junior staff.

Nina is a single mother with two daughters, and she is excited to be a first-time grandmother. Though a native of Bowie, Maryland, she now calls Crofton her home. Nina is an avid Washington Capitals fan, and she also likes to swim, play old-fashioned board games and spend time with her extended family.
