Nobody likes to pay bills, but it’s something that has to be done. The good news is that it doesn’t have to be done by you. Our team at The Harding Group is happy to take care of that for you. From entering weekly bills to organizing your payments and signing checks, we are flexible and comfortable handling your entire bill paying process – or just a portion. And, when you outsource this timely chore to us, you’ll have more time to dedicate to your other business needs.

+ How it works:

1. You send us your bills by email or fax – or you can change the mailing address to have them sent directly to our office.
2. We enter the bills and generate a report for you to review along with a check register.
3. You decide which bills to pay each week. (We can pay everything that’s due or everything we receive depending on what you request.)
4. We print, sign and mail the checks – or we will prepare them for you to sign and mail if you prefer.
5. Finally, we send you an updated check register so you know what’s left in your bank account after we’ve paid the bills.

TRANSPORTATION RESOURCES, LLC rents trucks and trailers – including “honey wagons” for movie stars – to film production companies that make major motion pictures. When we met founding partners Aaron Skalka and Keith Fisher, Transportation Resources had grown to the point that Aaron and Keith were too busy to keep up with the financial end of the business. They needed help, but they didn’t have time to hire and supervise an employee.

Initially, they hired us to handle bank reconciliations and generate financial statements, but they quickly gained trust and confidence in our abilities, and soon our work expanded to include paying their bills and handling their bookkeeping. Aaron says that in 10 years of business, handing over the books to The Harding Group was “the best decision” he ever made.
