That’s where we come in. At The Harding Group, we’re members of the QuickBooks Pro Advisors Program, and we offer a range of services in support of our clients who use QuickBooks. We begin with a basic QuickBooks set-up, where one of our CPAs will set up all the essential areas for your business. Beyond set-up, we offer one-on-one training coupled with free telephone support. We also provide a full scope of monthly bookkeeping services in support of QuickBooks clients, including bank reconciliations, financial statement preparation, payroll journal entry, credit card reconciliations, deposit entry and more. Finally, we offer a review of your QuickBooks file where we’ll check to confirm that data is entered properly and your system adheres to proper accounting practices. If we find any mistakes, we’ll correct them and take steps to see that these mistakes aren’t repeated in the future.

We’ll show you what you need to know so you can accurately enter and reconcile all of your transactions. We can get you off to a very good start in one 1-2 hour session. When questions come up – just call us and we’ll be happy to help you at no additional charge. We use QuickBooks all day long so there aren’t too many questions that we can’t answer. The more we can help you along the way, the better shape your financial data will be in when tax season comes around.

We offer a range of bookkeeping services in support of our QuickBooks clients, including: bank reconciliations, financial statement preparation, payroll journal entry, credit card reconciliations, deposit entry and more. You can customize the service, so we provide as much or as little assistance as you need. And, of course, we offer unlimited free support to monthly clients.
