New Employee Forms
For ALL employees:
- Form I-9 (Employee Eligibility Verification)
- We strongly recommend that you verify employee social security numbers either with the Department of Homeland Security or the Social Security Administration to ensure that you are hiring workers authorized to work in the US.
- Form W-4 (Federal Withholding)
For MD employees:
- MD law requires you to report all new hires with the MD New Hire Registration
- MW-507 (MD withholding)
For VA employees:
- VA law requires you to report all new hires with the VA New Hire Registration
- VA-4 (Virginia withholding)
For DC employees:
- DC law requires you to report all new hires with the DC New Hire Registration
- D-4 (DC withholding)
